Air Conditioning Tune-Up:

Our professional service technicians will also perform an annual air conditioner inspection and tune-up. This will ensure the system is operating at peak efficiency and extend the life of your air conditioner.

Our exclusive air conditioning tune-up and safety check includes:

• Test operation of air conditioner - Our technicians will make sure your system is cycling properly and set according to factory specifications.
• Replace or clean filter - Clean filters prolong the life of your system and are necessary for exceptional air flow.
• Check and clean condenser – Build-up on your condenser can cause a reduction in your system’s ability to cool your home. It can also increase your energy cooling cost by 50% and shorten the life of your air conditioner.
• Monitor compressor and condenser fan motor amperage draw - Our technicians will check your amperage draw to make sure your motor is operating at standard voltage and amperage draw as designed to. This will help us identify any issue before the unit fails.
• Check electrical connections for tightness - In order to prevent equipment failure, it is important to make sure all electrical components are wired properly.

We will keep you and your family safe and secure with an annual heating inspection and tune-up. This will significantly reduce the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning on gas heating systems and cut down on costly breakdowns on all types of systems.

• Test operation of furnace – Our technicians will make sure your system is cycling properly and set according to factory specifications.
• Replace or clean filter - Clean filters prolong the life of your system and are necessary for exceptional air flow.
• Inspect safety controls – We will make sure your safety controls are adjusted to the proper factory specifications to ensure the protection of the unit and your home.
• Check heat exchanger for cracks, rust and soot – With age, there is an increased risk of cracks forming in the heat exchanger. Cracks can allow dangerous products such as carbon monoxide to enter your home and put your safety at risk. Our trained technicians can examine your system to determine if there is a threat present.
• Clean burners/pilot ignition assembly – In order to maximize the efficiency of your system, your burners must be checked and cleaned.
